Argyll & Bute Greens
Welcome to the Argyll & Bute Greens Pages
Argyll & Bute is vast and varied, a region that is rich with some of the most beautiful and scenic parts of Scotland. Its traditions and heritage are evident in modern day life and reflect well in the many communities and lifestyles of the people of Argyll & Bute. From rural crofting communities and small villages to larger towns, we all share the same concerns about our way of life and many the factors that dictate our personal circumstances and those of our local and wider environments and society in general.
The Scottish Green Party is not “just” about environmental issues, we work towards solving many problems, like public transport links, a living wage for the lower paid, fighting against the cost cuts to local government services, supporting the growth of new jobs, especially within the renewable energy industry as well as many other pressing and important issues that effect our daily lives. Why not join us and help try to make things just that little bit better.
“The stronger our voice the louder we are heard
and the more our policies gather influence for a Greener Scotland.”
